History, Part 7, Jesus Christ This Story Arc Is Long

Zing!
Hello Reddit, it seems. Y’all been blowing up my hitlogs. Again. I think this is going to happen about once every 4 months. And then AR-15.com will have their turn. Again.
Haven’t been accused of it this time yet, but no, I’m not the person who submitted the comic to Reddit. So if you want to rage on me for doing so, you can pound sand up your ass.
Aaaaaand he’s back. 😀
Huzzah! I’m very glad he got to decompress and get all zen-like but I missed his punk ass.
Just anticipating and blocking. The last couple times I’ve had a big Reddit link, idiots come here and scream that I should “stop spamming Reddit with my crap.”
Fuck’im. They can’t handle it, they don’t have to follow the link.
I tried to like Reddit, but mostly it seems to be full of whiny early-twenty-somethings who are more comfortable bitching online than experiencing life. I say this while attending school with the same age group too, but my classmates are mostly not whiny, at least.
Which is why Goons (Grrr!) was able to kick TEST out of Fountain… 😀
It could be worse. Imagine 4Chan /b/ getting in on the action!

I know I am someone that sometimes submit your comic to reddit, and that is how I found it, but usually I just have it bookmarked
I love that at 8 or 9, Mick wore the same color shirt as he does in his 20s.
“Happy is he who still loves something he loved in the nursery: He has not been broken in two by time; he is not two men, but one, and he has saved not only his soul but his life.” — Gilbert K. Chesterton
“When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.” – St. Paul
I’ve got you in my RSS feed. Although InoReader is effing up some of my subscriptions. I don’t recall how I first wandered over here, but I think one of my regular reads had you linked on their blog.
Omar, ruining touching moments for decades! LOL
Growing up g’ma lived about two blocks away on the same (usually) quiet street. Well, it seemed like it was quiet, but there was a cannery and a utility truck depot at the far end. I was about 6 or 7, rode my bicycle to g’mas, and there was a utility truck coming the other way. So I got scared, rode into the curb and crashed in a bunch of pea gravel. Ow.
I pick myself up, get to g’ma’s and both palms look like hamburger. That’s OK, g’ma knew just what to do.
She poured some of g’pas Wild Turkey on them.
I was in HS before the last of the bits of gravel worked their way back out.
At least my mother took time to fish out the gravel with tweezers. I wasn’t all that thankful at the time.
Can’t remember how old, but can’t have been older than 9, I was biking along to school and did something stupid off of a concrete ramp. Got a piece of gravel stuck in my knee, about a quarter of an inch deep, didn’t even notice ’til I got to school and had a look at it. I thought, yeah this is worse than I thought, teacher saw it and was like ‘OMG you should go to sick bay!’.
As an adult I’ve crashed my bicycle bad enough to bend handlebars and seats 45 degrees, on one occasion break my nose and on another mess up my chest/shoulder something wicked. Never went to a doctor, in fact I rode on and finished the days work. Kinda regret that, I still get these odd pains in my chest/shoulder sometimes. And when my nose gets blocked now it _really_ gets blocked. Oh well.
I hate being sick though, the flu makes me a whiny pussy.
Yeah, Mick, cuz cancer is the same as a skinned knee.

Not much of a range there… ah well.
