Actually, if you read the article carefully, you will find that it is Franklin Graham who proposed taxing violent images. Not Biden, who likely isn’t smart enough.
FYI, Franklin Graham is the latest member of the Graham dynasty of american religious fascists, whom have been playing kingmaker, and providing “spiritual guidance” to presidential administrations for decades.

Schoolteacher? Then she wouldn’t have been able to afford the nice apartment. Tax accountant is much better for the current plot. (Even though I’ll bet she would have been a kick-ass good teacher.)
