What’s truly funny is that I couldn’t legally put the bayonet on my Norinco. Now that it’s all eee-ville and Bubba-fied, it’s got enough US parts to be 922(r) compliant and it has its bayonet.

I’m pretty sure he meant it was a Glock of .40 caliber. “Glock Fow-tahy” is common slang/idiom for this.
